Full Time, Permanent, Residential Care Support Worker, Cambridge

Location: Commutable from Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Stevenage, Letchworth Garden City, and Buntingford

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including washing and preparing for bed.
  • Ensure good bedtime routines and monitor sleeping patterns.
  • Conduct regular checks throughout the night.
  • Address any medical needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe environment for children and colleagues.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties during shifts.
  • Accurately record information and complete administrative tasks.
