With a decade of experience as a Registered Manager and 15 years in Social Care Recruitment, my passion for this field runs deep. I firmly believe that the motivation within the health, social care, and education recruitment sectors needs to shift from a commission-based approach to one focused on influencing and supporting the quality of candidates entering the sector. It's essential to promote the immense value and reward that comes from a career dedicated to supporting others, all while delivering outstanding customer service—a principle often overlooked.
