School Administrator & Examinations Assistant Job Vacancy Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.  Full Time, Permanent, Term Time only.

This job vacancy is between a 10 – 25-minute commute from Stoke, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Hanley, Trentham, Fenton, Longton, Alsager, Tunstall, and Burslem.

Duties:
  • Manage and coordinate the school’s administrative functions.
  • Administration focuses on HR, training, and examination support.
  • Work with the wider team, including Recruitment, HR, and Quality.
  • Maintain accurate manual and digital records.
  • Oversee training programs and the Training Matrix.
  • Prepare and manage performance reporting.
  • Organise interviews, events, and meetings, including minute-taking.
  • Facilitate onboarding and initial training for new staff.
  • Support recruitment processes, onboarding, HR tasks, absence reporting.
  • Updating training records.
  • Coordinate all aspects of internal and external examinations.
  • Ensure efficient administration and compliance.
  • Provide examination details to staff, pupils, and parents/carers, schedules & results.
  • Liaise with examination boards to ensure accurate submissions.
  • Organise and train invigilators, ensuring up-to-date information is provided.
  • Prepare and edit school administration reports for Quality and Governance.
