Registered Care Manager / Branch Manager - Homecare in Chiswick, West London
Salary: £40-45K per annum, DOE (Negotiable for highly experienced candidates)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a skilled team of care professionals.
- Uphold and reinforce the organization’s core values and standards.

- Ensure top performance during CQC inspections and work towards continuous improvement.
Candidate Criteria:
- Essential: Valid driver’s license.
- Prior experience as a Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager in Social Care.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Reside within a 30-minute commute to Chiswick.
- Ideally hold a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or be willing to work towards Level 5.
