Job Benefits
- Salary: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour / £24,400 - £26,600 per year
- Night Allowance: Additional £4K per annum
- Joining Bonus: £1,500
- Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: 4-week rota, 8.45pm - 8.15am
- Holiday Entitlement: 33 days including Bank Holidays

Key Duties
- Deliver exceptional levels of care to children and young adults.
- Assist with bedtime routines, including washing and changing.
- Promote healthy sleeping patterns.
- Conduct regular checks throughout the night and address any issues.
- Ensure medical needs are always met.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and calm environment.
- Participate in physical intervention and personal care routines as required.
- Perform light housekeeping duties during quiet periods.
- Administer and record prescribed medications.
- Communicate effectively and build trusting relationships to support young adults in becoming more autonomous.
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:
- A willingness to learn and go the extra mile.
- Experience in the care industry (experience with children with additional needs is advantageous).
- Ability to encourage and support independent living skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and patience.
- Resilience and a positive attitude.
- Creativity in meeting the unique needs of young adults or children.
- Availability to work on a rota pattern, including every other weekend.
