Job Description
As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living activities, allowing them to maintain their independence within the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with medication management.
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if necessary.
- Supporting mobility and physical activities.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Performing light household duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Assisting with shopping and running errands.
- Monitoring the client’s health and well-being and reporting any changes.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Live-In Care Assistant or Carer is essential.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to meet the varied needs of our clients.
- A valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
