As a Support Worker to a Young Adult, you would be working within a supported living and learning environment for young Adults. This fantastic service provides support for younger adults with profound, multiple learning disabilities providing them Residential Schooling and a home where they receive high levels of care.Duties
- Personal Care needs such as washing and getting ready for bed.
- Ensuring good bedtime routines and sleeping patterns.
- Doing regular checks throughout the night.
- Ensuring any medical needs are followed.
- Ensure that you create a safe environment for both the children & your work colleagues.
- Light housekeeping duties during your night shift.
