Hours: Part-Time, 20 Hours per Week (2.5 Days per Week), Term Time Only
Salary: £30,600 - £44,700 per annum / Pro Rata

About the Employer:
Our client is a well-established specialist educational facility known for its supportive environment and commitment to the continuous development of both students and staff. The school is conveniently located within a 30-minute commute from Birmingham, Telford, and Stafford, and is easily accessible via the M6 and M54 motorways.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs.
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' learning and communication goals.
- Provide training and resources for staff to ensure the integration of therapy goals into the classroom.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
Criteria
- A registered member of RCSLT and HCPC.
- Must hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
- 2 Years post graduate experience working as a Speech & Language Therapist.
- Experience of working with Children & Young people with learning disabilities.
- Experience of working with Children with an ASC
- Experience of delivering provision through EHCP Process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working with children and young people with ASD, learning disabilities, and additional needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
