Salary: £13.05 - £13.65 per hour / £27,000 - £28,400 per annum DOE

You’ll join a team working in a CQC-rated ‘Outstanding’ Supported Living Service, helping young people with learning disabilities and complex health needs transition from education to independent adult life.

Key Duties:
- Lead shifts, ensuring smooth operations and providing direction to team members.
- Support Team Leaders and Care Managers in daily responsibilities.
- Motivate and coach a team of support workers, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals you support.
- Oversee the induction of new staff and assist with their ongoing development, including QCF qualifications and mandatory training.
- Ensure all activities are completed, and individual support plans are followed and achieved.
- Manage rotas effectively to always ensure adequate shift cover.
Essential Criteria:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience working with young adults with additional needs.
- Strong organizational skills, resilience, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
