This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist SEN secondary school situated in a beautiful location. The job is approximately a 30-minute commute from Salisbury via the A354.

They utilise high-quality teaching with therapy to provide personalised support to the children. About You
As their Deputy Head Teacher, you will work alongside the Principal & Headteacher in helping to develop the school in accordance with their values and their development plans. You will provide leadership and will help to manage the learning and development, curriculum, careers & work experience, assessment throughout the school. So, we need a Deputy/Assistant Head of School who has:
- A recognised teacher training qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE/QTS or QTLS/Teaching Diploma).
- A proven track record in teaching with a SEN environment.
- Experience in a leadership role and raising standards.
- A full driving licence.
