Our nursing home is located in Leeds, making it conveniently accessible from nearby towns including, Seacroft, Horsforth, Garforth, Kippax, Woodlesford, Leeds City Centre, Morley and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
- Manage and support a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.
- Handle administrative tasks, including budgeting, staffing, and reporting.
- Liaise with families and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
Criteria:
- Must be a qualified nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A compassionate approach and commitment to providing high-quality care.
