Deputy Children's Home Manager - Feltham, West London
Are you an experienced Deputy Children's Home Manager or Senior Residential Support worker looking for a rewarding role in a welcoming and nurturing environment?


Location
This exciting opportunity is based in Feltham, West London, in a location easily accessible from nearby towns and villages located 15-minutes off Junction 13 of the M25 and close to Heathrow Airport.

Benefits
• Salary: £35K per annum plus £55 for any sleepovers undertaken.
• Hours: Full Time, working on a rota basis.
• Contract: Permanent

Your Role
As Deputy Children's Home Manager, you will play a key role in providing the best possible outcomes for children and young people in this small residential service. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, offering guidance, stability, and encouragement to support each child’s growth and development.


Duties
In this role, you will:
• Support the Home Manager in day-to-day management of the service.
• Lead and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring quality care standards are met.
• Assist in creating individualized care plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.
• Promote a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children feel supported.
• Liaise with external agencies, including social workers, schools, and health services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding policies.


Criteria
• Previous experience of working with children in a residential or care setting.
• Qualified to Level 5 Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• A reliable, flexible approach to work.
• A strong passion for creating positive outcomes for the children and young people you support.
