Role Overview
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our homecare services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Planning and organizing staff rotas
- Coordinating homecare services for clients
- Managing client and staff communication
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Supporting the recruitment and training of new care staff
- Handling on-call duties as part of a rotational schedule
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in a social care environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Experience of coordinating and planning rotas
- A valid driver's license and access to a car
